the initial design all the way through the completion of your custom
home plans. If you have completed home plans, we have the experience
and resources to manage construction projects from the most basic
designs to the most sophisticated in architectural dimension.
Putting Your Dreams on Paper
This is where
the custom home building process begins. We meet with you and
talk in detail about your desires and your ideas and for the perfect
home. We learn what type of architecture you are after, the size of home you want, the number of rooms you want and much more. We
then walk your lot, observe view corridors, the slope of your homes
site, tree and rock locations, how the sun falls on the land, as well
as evaluate several other details to ultimately achieve and deliver you
the perfect home.
From Conception to Reality
Our designer or
your architect will begin transforming the rough sketches, ideas and
photographs of the home into computer generated conceptual plans.
You will enjoy seeing this process unfold as your dream vacation home
begins taking its final shape. Once the conceptual plans are
approved to your satisfaction, the designer or architect begins working
towards a final set of plans and blue prints.
Job Site Management
With your completed plans in-hand we then begin preparations for groundbreaking. Our
project management team spends a considerable amount of time planning
and preparing for groundbreaking to maximize the projects efficiency. Once
this is set to motion your project manager supervises every stage of
construction, keeps the project organized, sets timelines and
coordinates the entire process construction process with all trades. Our project managers end goal is to deliver you an incredible custom home on time and on budget.
Communication
Perhaps you will
enjoy visiting the job site often to see progress, or maybe you live in
another region, state or country, as is the case with the majority
of our customers. We employ the latest in technology to help keep
you up to speed with your project. Just
prior to your homes groundbreaking, we set up a member log in account
from our website. This user-friendly site contains weekly
photographs, a detailed construction schedule, timelines and project
deadlines as well as other helpful documents all for your
convenience. In addition to the web postings, we also keep you
informed by phone conversations and email. Whatever
your situation and desires, we work hand-in-hand with you, so your
dream does not get lost in the transformation to reality.
Interior Design
You will meet
our interior design team early in the process. They will listen
carefully to your, wants, needs and desires. They will surprise
you with their ability to produce exactly what you are after to meet
your personal style and preferences. Our designers will offer you
several material choices and help guide you through the selection
process to keep you on track and on budget.

siding, exterior trim, doors, windows, roofing, stone, granite &
tile, cabinetry, moldings, hardware and much more. Instead of
being confusing, overwhelming and stressful, the interior design
process becomes one of the most fun aspects of building your custom
mountain home.
Our Continued Commitment
Our service to
you continues long after your home is completed. Our warranty
manager will schedule visits with you after 30 days, 6 months and then
1 year after you move into your home. He will answer any
questions you have, address any concerns and inspect the home to ensure
the home is meeting your satisfaction as well as our own. We also
offer general maintenance programs for you to keep your home looking as
spectacular as the day it was completed.
As a additional benefit to our clients, we will create custom pages for each member where they will find information about their particular project, updated schedules for production, weekly photographs detailing the progress of their project, monthly cost reports for their project, and a special contact link to communicate directly with their project manager.
